i was calling united cash loans regarding my loan payment i was transfered to a young lady by the name of DREW and she was the worse customer services rep I talked to in a while she was very rude she was talking over me and she was not trying to solve the problem she was just talking to me like she didnt care and she didnt want to be there so if she dont know what is the proper way to handle or talk to a customer that job isn't for her I spoke to her Supervisior Summer and she said she was going to handle the situation and when i asked drew can i speak to her supervisior she act like she didnt want me to talk to her so she showed me that she was guilty and she didn't want me to report her I hope that you guy handle the situation because I am very unhappy with my services
