I borrowed $300 from this company and agreed to pay in full on a given day. I attempted 3 times via email and fax to confirm they would only take out the entire amount owed on that day. I received no response either way. On that day they took $30 out and continued to do that 5 more times after numerous emails, calls and faxes.

They were able to get $210 out of the $390 due but their repeated attempts to withdraw money out of my account on unauthorized days resulted in $180 in nsf's I had to cover. Even my bank manager was unable to get in contact with this company. I eventually closed the account and still get calls at work. I have told them repeatedly that as far as I'm concerned, I no longer owe them anything due to their shady practices.

I just received a call from a "account manager" who claims to have 8 yrs of collection experience(I have been in 3rd party collections for 12yrs) who started using insults claiming I would be sued and credit reported in addition to calling me an idiot.

Sure enough, right at the end of that comment he hung up like a coward. Document everything that occurs and notify the BBB in that state!
