I paid off this $300 loan in January 2006. They tried to take more money out of my bank account, so I told my bank to block any further payments to them. It worked. I didn't hear from them again until last month when they sent me an e-mail saying I owe them $480!! I replied that I paid it off, I owe no money. I'm afraid they're going to report me to the 3 credit reporting agencies. How can I stop that from happening? This account is more than 2 years old and paid in full!
