i have been getting loans from united cash loans on line and have had the best service from them quick and quality service both on line and over the phone. you need to read and understand the contract you sign, straight forward. If you cant pay just pay the interest but they will bill you weekly on the principle". and still get to charge you the interest as stated/. In your contract?. If you dont want them to take more than they should pay the principle plus the interest for the term of the contract and thats all they charge|. I do this every time I get my loan;. I get $300'.00 and pay it back in two weeks plus the interest charge, nothing was hidden from me,. They are great in a pinch:. But remember if you cant pay back on time you will get charged for the extensions so pay your loan on time and you wont get in any trouble with them,

Key to this is pay back on time no extra charges Daaaahhh!!! 1295932

I have taken loans out with them. The first time no problem I paid it back. the second time I was paying it bi weekly when I was told by my cousins brother in law who is an attorney that those type of loans are illegal in the state of NJ. I sent them the information with a letter that I would still pay what I owed the next thing I knew they blocked the website from me and didn't take out what was owed to them. Now I am getting an email from them that they are going to send things to a collection agency if I don't pay 190.00 which I did not owe that much. I have tried contacting them no answer.

Harlo and Sand...what about the numberous folks who say they've called and don't get an answer until they put a stop payment on their accounts? I haven't completed my loan sig yet, but it does appear that most folks aren't reading things accurately. I'm also wondering if they're confusing UNC with some other place. There was also someone who said they told them to take out the payment in full along with the loan fee and they didn't--twice. Those are rather shady things. I will say that this company compared to one other does NOT have the paragraph in their loan docs that another company has about taking out a payment anytime they want at any time as a totally separate paragraph from your authorizing them to take payments for the loan. This would allow them to randomly take payments, but this paragraph is not in UNC's docs....I've read thoroughly about 3 times and it seems that most folks haven't read through things and that's why they have problems. But there are these 3 things that are keeping me from signing and completing a loan with them: 1) people who've said they have never taken out a loan with them; 2) people trying to contact them to have their loan paid in full to avoid the continuing/renewal for the additional monthly fees. and 3) people not getting an answer on the phone or not being able to access their website. The documents do all seem to be quite clear...but I will look once again on the repaying the loan thing. And yes, their rates are quite high...but someone pointed out that in comparison to other types of loans, you ARE paying for the fact that you have a rush and emergency or bad credit reason for getting the loan in the first place and so it costs. Doesn't appear that any costs are hidden for those who read the entire disclosures and all. Someone said that these folks cost more than the amount you are loaned...well duh...doesn't every loan? I mean, come-on...as long as we know exactly what we're getting into and how much it's exactly going to cost us and as long as we make sure we read the fine print....oh well...wish me luck as I haven't jumped in completely yet! :?
