I borrowed $300. 2 payments were left. "Darlene" from collections was to take $108 and $109 for my remaining balance. They helped themselves to$321 from my checking account. I still owe my bank from overdraft fees. There is an arbitration clause in the contract, which may help to slow these thieves down.
Phone calls are useless. They will not give you any courtesy, just alot of read your contract. I read and read it and found that one tiny shred of hope, that consumers must follow that arbitration trail. It cost 0 except for your time.
I am done being pissed. Please join me w/ this small claim to our officials.
